How to Apply 

Step 1:

Make sure the bottom of the sneaker is clean of all dirt and gunk(best on new sneakers but if the shoes are used clean with alcohol)

Step 2:

Peel off the adhesive and lay down flatly on the sneaker.

Step 3:

Use a blow dryer or heat gun to mold the adhesive on the shoe. 

Step 4:

Cut off the excess sole protector and blow dry one more time.
